The Aelder Whisky Sour

Sweet, smokey and sharp this is a cocktail celebrating the very best of Scottish flavour. 

Beautifully balanced, silky smooth and full of character this is definitely one to be savoured.

MAKE IT AT HOME

  • 50ml Aelder Liqueur
  • 50ml Peated whisky
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (optional)

Shake all of the ingredients without ice until frothy. Add ice and shake again before straining into a chilled cocktail glass.
