At Buck & Birch we don’t follow convention. We create liquid expressions of our landscape, celebrating the incredible variety of flavours respectfully harvested on our adventures into the wild.

These are drinks for the pleasure seekers, the adventurers, the foodies, chefs and cocktail creators. They are for those with an affinity for the great outdoors and a delight in their connection to it.

Birch - Wild Botanical Spirit

Introducing a spirit as pioneering, distinctive and elegant as its namesake.

Pure spirit is married with raw sap and seasoned with wild birch flavours harvested throughout the seasons for a smooth yet complex drink to be enjoyed neat or mixed.

TASTE: Fresh, green and bright. Notes of cucumber, rosemary and eucalyptus.

MOUTHFEEL: Clean, crisp and smooth

SERVES: Chill in the freezer and serve neat. Pour over ice and top with tonic/ soda and garnish with citrus.
