At Buck & Birch we don’t follow convention. We create liquid expressions of our landscape, celebrating the incredible variety of flavours respectfully harvested on our adventures into the wild.

These are drinks for the pleasure seekers, the adventurers, the foodies, chefs and cocktail creators. They are for those with an affinity for the great outdoors and a delight in their connection to it.

The Wild Adventurer Cocktail Pack

Indulge in the wild Scottish exotic with a box of delicious ready-to-drink bottle cocktails.

Get all 5 of our wild twisted classics, crafted from our award winning range of spirits & liqueurs and foraged natural ingredients from around Scotland.

  • Wild Whisky Sour - Aelder liqueur, peated whisky and citrus 22.4% ABV
  • Wild Negroni - BIRCH botanical spirit, Amaroisa liqueur, wild vermouth 25% ABV
  • Wild Forest Martini - BIRCH botanical spirit, douglas fir gin, grand + noble fir syrup 27%ABV
  • Wild Old Fashioned - Amarosa liqueur, dark rum and wild bitters. 29.7% ABV
  • Wild Thornstar Martini - Amarosa liqueur, woodruff vodka, hawthorn syrup, seabuckthorn. 22% ABV
