This week is extra special for us at Buck & Birch – it’s National Tree Week, a time to celebrate the start of the UK’s winter tree planting season we have some incredible news to share…
Our flagship Birch Botanical Vodka has officially been granted ‘Grown in Britain’ status! This makes it the very first non-timber product to be recognised by this prestigious British forest conservation scheme.
Smooth Birch sap is at the heart of our vodka which is sustainably harvested each spring from Scottish birch trees, nurtured in partnership with community forests. It’s an honour to be recognised for our low-impact techniques and deep respect for nature.
