The Saturday Spritz
Beautiful cocktail served at the Fife Arms hotel in Scotland. Aelder topped with champagne and served with candied rhubarb, sprig of lavender and a spritz of it’s very own perfume. Light, fruity, floral and utterly delicious.
MAKE IT AT HOME
15ml of Aelder liqueur
Top with chilled champagne, prosecco or sparkling wine
Garnish with orange twist
