Eggnog

Looking to update your seasonal cocktail of choice? Why not add a little magic by using our unique, natural, and wildly delicious drinks range.

 

  • 70ml Rum & Cake
  • 50ml Ana birch syrup liqueur
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

 METHOD

  • Beat the egg yolks and vanilla extract until smooth
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk to combine
  • Chill in fridge for 2 hours
  • Give mixture a final whisk then pour over ice and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
