The Rose Apple Cooler
A refreshing cocktail, perfect for a Scottish summer day.
Ingredients
- 50ml Amarosa rosehip liqueur
- 75ml clear apple juice
- 50ml soda/ ginger beer
Pour over ice, garnish with apple slices, stir and serve!
