In celebration of birch sap season Rupert will once again be hosting our incredibly popular tapping courses in the woods in Gifford, East Lothian.
You will learn how to sustainably harvest the sap and other birch botanicals and sample a multitude of tasty delights made from its bounty, all while being regaled with the myths and legends surrounding this most majestic of trees.
