Originally launched as a limited release last autumn, we have been inundated with eager fans looking to top up their supply, so here it is.
The sweet, floral, pear-like flavour of quince is perfectly balanced with the grapefruit vibes of the noble fir for a liqueur bursting with seasonal flavour - perfect over ice as an after dinner drink or topped with prosecco.
Ingredients: Japanese Quince + grand fir.
Flavour: Sweet pear drops with a subtle grapefruit citrus finish.
Nose: Ripe pear and fresh pine.
Mouthfeel: Sweet, fresh and smooth.
