Join Rupert on an expedition along the East Lothian coastline and discover how to identify and harvest the very best in seaweeds, shellfish and coastal plants and herbs.
Rupert will also give you a history and folklore of these fantastic ingredients along with recipe suggestions on how best to cook and enjoy them. If that wasn't enough you will also enjoy some wild snacks and drinks throughout.
Meeting Place: The exact location will be emailed to ticket holders during the week before the event – but you should plan to be near Longniddry in East Lothian
Expect: About 1.5 miles of gentle walking over mixed coastal terrain. Suitable for all those with moderate fitness.
