We are hugely exited to invite you once again to our Wild Festive Feasts, a celebration of the finest ingredients Scotland's wilderness has to offer.
Hosted by our good friends at Papple, East Lothian's newest and most luxurious venue, guests will enjoy a welcome drinks and canapé reception, before joining us in the stunning Steading dining room for an exquisite 7 course menu with paired drinks.
Designed and prepared by Rupert Waites, head chef and wild flavour maestro at Buck & Birch, the menu will be a seasonal snapshot of our surroundings, featuring the very best Scottish game & seafood, winter berries, fungi and vegetables along with some unexpected delights.
Paired with the menu is a carefully curated drinks flight featuring our award winning spirits and liqueurs, as well as some exceptional wines selected by our hosts at Papple. We also have a fantastic non-alcohlic drinks option - a series of drinks crafted from our wild apothecary to perfectly compliment the dishes.

Whilst we do our best to accommodate everyone we are restricted by the kitchen set up. We therefore ask guests to come with an open mind (and empty bellies) and a willingness to try new things. Requests made on the evening cannot be fulfilled.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made prior to 2 weeks of the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1 - 2 weeks of the event will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 1 week of the event will receive no refund.
