At Buck & Birch we would love for you all to catch the foraging bug, just like us.
Follow Rupert's seasonal guide, highlighting the very best things to forage, how to identify them and ideas on how to use these amazing ingredients.
If you fancy helping us with our foraging that would be fantastic too - bring us your wild harvest and we will gladly exchange them for vouchers to use in our store! (T&Cs apply)
The Buck and Birch are a breath of fresh air, you can taste their dedication, commitment and knowledge in everything they make. They are the real, wild deal.
As a bar tender what I love most is their flavour first approach that gives me such versatility when creating new cocktails.
