Ingredients:
50ml Ana Birch Syrup Caramel Liqueur
50ml Smoky Scotch whisky
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Dark chocolate slab
Ice for mixing
A large block of ice
Here are the steps to making this rich and decadent cocktail:
Step 1: Pour all the ingredients into a glass over ice.
Step 2: Stir for 30-60 seconds to dilute and chill.
Step 3: Pour contents into an Old Fashioned Glass full of fresh ice, or if you have it a large block of ice.
Step 4: Place a cracked slab of dark chocolate on the ice as a garnish.
