The Buck & Birch twist on the classic cocktail recipe combines your choice of smoky Scotch whisky with our Ana liqueur and bitters.

An indulgent festive evening sipper to make and share with friends.

Ingredients:
50ml Ana Birch Syrup Caramel Liqueur
50ml Smoky Scotch whisky
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Dark chocolate slab
Ice for mixing
A large block of ice

Here are the steps to making this rich and decadent cocktail:

Step 1: Pour all the ingredients into a glass over ice.
Step 2: Stir for 30-60 seconds to dilute and chill.
Step 3: Pour contents into an Old Fashioned Glass full of fresh ice, or if you have it a large block of ice.
Step 4: Place a cracked slab of dark chocolate on the ice as a garnish.
